+ Employment was given to the villagers by installing Dona-Pattal machines.

+ 285 cows were distributed which contributed 65%.

+ Sewing machines were distributed to rural women.

+ The following training centers were established for employment with machines :-

+ Training in making cane bamboo furniture.

+ Training in silk thread making. Embroidery and Rangoli Training |

+ A training center is being run by arranging computers in Jayanagar school.

+ Organic Fertilizer Training |

+ Jeevamrut and kit controller training.

+ Fruit trees were distributed to the villagers so that employment is available along with the environment.

+ Training to do organic farming.
